Are You Offering What the People Want?

dog food Over the weekend I attended an improv show where an actor named Paul (who happens to be muy talented) created a character who was a sculptor. But this was no ordinary sculptor. No, this sculptor made replicas of mountains - using dog food.

He made an insightful observation about his work: “No one else is making them.”

Ah, well, there’s a reason for that!

Whether it’s your product line, your customer service or your marketing strategies - are you giving the people what they want?

If not, you might as well be selling dog food sculptures.
